PROJECT – PINNER GRADE II LISTED CONVERSION
BARN CONVERSION & CARPORT
Prime Interiors Design sympathetically dismantled a 15th Century Grade II listed dilapidated barn and then converted and remodelled it in conjunction with planning and English heritage to create a separate one-bedroom annexe with a balconied mezzanine floor. Open-plan seamless glazing to the staircase and balcony completes the look, using all original materials where possible and matching reclaimed materials.
In conjunction with planning and English heritage Prime Interior Designs constructed a large freestanding 4-vehicle car port in solid oak exposed framework, and roof clad in western red cedar shingles.
