3 BED HOUSE CONVERSION INTO 5 BED HOME
Prime Interiors Design carried out extensive remodeling of a three-bedroom detached house to a five-bedroom, four-ensuite family home.
This involved the removal of load-bearing walls, demolition of the existing extension and porch, and the construction of a new extension and loft conversion.
Solar panels were fitted to a new roof and air source heat pumps were fitted to provide renewable energy heating. Externally, the renovations consisted of the formation of a new, rear terrace and improvement and repair works to various areas. Other works involved were the redesign of the front parking area to the front of the house, joinery works, and the implantation of a new attic staircase
